Dubai Estate Steward provides home concierge and property management services for residential properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to property inspections, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and lifestyle management as described on our website and in your membership agreement.
Our services are delivered through membership tiers (Essential, Premium, Elite, and Bespoke). Specific services, pricing, and terms for each tier are outlined in your individual membership agreement. All memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in writing.
Prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Dubai Estate Steward acts as a coordinator and supervisor of property services. We are not a licensed contracting company. Maintenance and repair work is performed by independent, vetted third-party contractors. While we ensure quality through supervision and review, we are not liable for the workmanship of third-party contractors beyond reasonable oversight.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Additional services or expenses (maintenance, repairs, supplies) are billed separately with prior approval. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
Either party may cancel the membership with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, we will return all property keys and access credentials, provide a final property report, and settle any outstanding invoices.
Dubai Estate Steward exercises reasonable care in the performance of its services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
We treat all client information as confidential. Property details, financial information, and personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
All content on the Dubai Estate Steward website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
