Key custody

Keys are sealed, coded without your name or address, and stored under dual control. Every release is signed out, timed, and signed back in. You can see the custody log whenever you wish.

The people who enter

Everyone who works in your home is background-checked and signs a confidentiality agreement before their first assignment. Contractors are escorted by your steward and never hold keys or codes.

Logged access

Every entry is scheduled in advance, logged with who, when, and why, and closed with photographs. The full audit trail is yours on request, always.

Occupancy privacy

We never disclose whether a home is occupied or empty, to anyone. Our visits are unmarked, our vehicles carry no branding at your gate, and your affairs are not discussed, full stop.

Insurance and documentation

Our presence and work in your home are insured, and the documentation, along with our trade credentials, is shared openly during your consultation for your advisers to verify.
