For most absentee owners who visit infrequently, the Premium plan strikes the ideal balance. Bi-weekly inspections catch small issues before they become costly repairs, and dedicated WhatsApp support means you can reach your steward any time without waiting for email replies. If your property has a pool or garden, the Premium tier's maintenance coordination is especially valuable.
Absolutely. You can move between tiers at the start of any billing cycle with 30 days' notice. Many clients begin with the Essential plan and upgrade to Premium or Elite once they experience the peace of mind that comes with more frequent inspections and dedicated support.
While the Bespoke tier is designed specifically for multi-property portfolios and offers the most flexibility, you can also pair separate Essential, Premium, or Elite memberships for different properties.
