Absolutely. All members have access to our 24/7 emergency hotline. Elite and Bespoke members receive priority response within 2 hours. We maintain relationships with emergency plumbers, electricians, and locksmiths who can respond quickly to urgent situations.
We coordinate all maintenance through our network of vetted, pre-approved contractors. We obtain quotes, supervise work, and ensure quality. You never have to deal with contractors directly. For larger projects, we provide multiple quotes and detailed recommendations before proceeding.
Every member receives monthly reports that include inspection photos, maintenance updates, financial summaries, and upcoming recommendations. Premium members and above receive detailed expense tracking. Elite and Bespoke members get quarterly financial reviews and annual property condition assessments.
No. All our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. We do offer annual payment plans with a 10% discount for those who prefer it. We believe in earning your trust every month, not locking you into contracts.
Communication depends on your tier. Essential members have email support, Premium members get dedicated WhatsApp access, and Elite/Bespoke members have their steward's direct phone line. All members can access their property dashboard online anytime.
