About Us

Dubai Homes Management Services is a home-management practice on the ground in Dubai. The work comes from architecture and home remodelling. Gulf State residency since 1946. The company was established in 1998 and operates from Dubai. We are not transplants. We love this culture, and we are committed to staying the course.

A great many Dubai homes belong to people who live somewhere else, in London, Mumbai, Riyadh, New York, and beyond. When you are thousands of miles away, small problems grow quietly. A missed service becomes a breakdown. An unpaid charge becomes a penalty. And every owner is left asking the same question: what is actually happening to my home right now?

When war comes close, owners leave and cannot return. Houses sit unattended. Some take damage from heat, from neglect, from what conflict leaves behind. We are already here. We inspect, repair, pay the bills, and send a photograph after every visit, so distance never means the house is abandoned.

We come from architecture, not lettings. When something is wrong with a home, we diagnose why, specify the correct repair, and coordinate licensed independent specialists to do the work, with every visit photographed.

The principal is Judy Peters, born Judy Mendonca. The Mendonca family is considered the oldest continuous living family in the Middle East. Gulf State residency since 1946. Judy grew up in Oman, the UAE, and Bahrain, and has spent fifty years in the Gulf.
