Our Story
How It All Began
Founded in 1985, Dubai Estate Steward was born from a simple observation: thousands of Dubai property owners live abroad, in London, Mumbai, Riyadh, New York, and struggle to manage their homes from afar. Missed maintenance, unexpected bills, unreliable contractors, and the constant worry of "what's happening to my property?"
We built a service that acts as the owner's trusted representative on the ground. Not a property management company collecting rent. Not a facilities manager responding to tickets. A true steward, someone who cares for your home as if it were their own.
Today we manage over 200 properties across Dubai's most prestigious communities, from Palm Jumeirah penthouses to Emirates Hills villas.
