Our Story
Why we exist
Dubai Homes Management Services was founded in 1998 in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, and now operates from Dubai. Our work began with a simple observation that has only grown truer over time: a great many Dubai homes belong to people who live somewhere else, in London, Mumbai, Riyadh, New York, and beyond, and looking after a property from another country is far harder than it should be.
When you are thousands of miles away, small problems grow quietly. A missed service becomes a breakdown. An unpaid charge becomes a penalty. And every owner is left asking the same question: what is actually happening to my home right now? We were built to answer that question, for owners who live overseas and for resident owners who simply want their home cared for properly.
So we became the owner's trusted representative on the ground. Not a letting agent chasing rent. Not a call centre responding to tickets. A steward, someone who treats your home with the same care they would give their own, and who tells you the truth about it, honestly and clearly, every step of the way.
